About The Event
San Antonio Leaders & Teachers is hosting a four session book study of The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown, Reads & Reds.

Reads & Reds will be faciliated by Jennifer Maestas, Veronica Valdovinos, Jennifer Benavides, Sukh Kaur and Jennifer Rosas, board members of SALT, San Antonio's first professional network for educators.
This book study will have two options: Reads & Reds will meet in-person OR virtually. Please only choose ONE when registering.
In-Person Reads & Reds is limited to 15 (fully vaccinated) people. We will meet from 5:30-7:30pm on Wednesdays- September 22nd, October 27th, November 7th and December 15th. Due to limited space, we ask that you commit to all four sessions, be fully vaccinated and wear a mask if you would like to participate in-person.
Virtual Reads & Reds will meet via Zoom from 6:30-7:30pm on Wednesdays- September 22nd, October 27th, November 7th and December 15th.
Book pick-up and dinner drive-thru (for virtual participants) will be Sept 22nd at The Peri (1002 N Flores) from 4:00-6:00pm. Zoom meeting will begin at 6:30pm. Zoom information will be sent via GroupMe upon registration.
Due to limited space, we ask that you commit to all four sessions, be fully vaccinated and wear a mask if you would like to participate in-person. Reads & Reds is FREE to SALT members and $45 for non-members (includes book and dinner/drinks at each session).
